Tuition
Prices vary depending upon the program selected. For a quote specific to the needs of your child, please call the school at (302) 378-9250.
Payment Schedule
· For Preschool only, payment is monthly, paid the 1st day of each month beginning August 1st.
· Child care tuition can be paid weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly; however the tuition should be paid in advance of service and include holidays and days absent. Tuitions paid weekly are due Monday morning of each week (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday)
· Checks should be made payable to “Green Acres Preschool” and deposited in the tuition box on the desk as you enter the multi-purpose room. For tax purposes, the school’s tax ID number is provided to all parents at the end of the year. Please keep all canceled checks for your records of childcare payments. If a weekly or monthly receipt is needed, please ask and one will be provided to you. Receipts will be given at the end of the year.
· Any tuition not paid by the end of day Monday will carry a $5.00 late fee.
· Exceptions to this policy will be only if a child is sick; tuition may be paid when the child returns to school.
· Our child care program is a full year program and children enrolled are expected to remain in the program from the beginning until we close in August for vacation. Only children who remain for the full year are entitled to two weeks vacation which will be credited when we close for vacation in August. Children who do not remain enrolled in the program for the full year are not entitled to the two weeks vacation and are required to pay for the two weeks we are closed in August.
· Fees are due for the Christmas and Spring Breaks.
Program Policies
A parent handbook is given to all full-day applicants and must be signed confirming they agree to the policies listed within before an application is accepted. There is a $50.00 (non-refundable) registration fee that is returned with an application to secure a space for a child.
Full-day childcare/preschool program tuition is due every Monday morning in the beginning of each week. Our program is a year round program with a summer camp schedule. Tuition is due for the year with two weeks vacation given when we are closed for two weeks in mid-August. Children who do not attend in the summer are not entitled to the two weeks vacation.
