We are currently accepting registrations for Fall 2012. Registration forms can be printed here. There is a $50 (non-refundable) registration fee. Completed forms along with registration fee can either be submitted in person to our office or you can certainly drop it in the mail to our P.O. Box. Thank you!

(Before and After transportation changes: Appoquinimink will provide bus transportation to and from Green Acres to Spring Meadow Early Childhood Center and Old State Elementary. A bus to and from Cedar Lane Elementary has been approved for 2012-2013 only. Choice applications for Brick Mill children requesting Old State will be automatically accepted if they attend Green Acres. Green Acres will still have transportation to and from MOT Charter and Providence Creek.)
